Coil Africa operates as a platform connecting users, filling stations, and vendors. We are responsible for facilitating the purchase and delivery of orders upon payment confirmation. We are not responsible for breaches in representations made by third-party vendors or the fitness for purpose of their specific goods/services.

15. Storage and Security

We protect your information using physical, technical, and administrative measures (firewalls, SSL encryption, and data isolation). Personal information is stored on secure servers and managed by authorized entities. While we implement strong safeguards, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We shall not be liable for unauthorized access beyond our control.
